Add LispWorks and other implementations 13

Although Franz should retain sole status as "sponsored link" for now, other prominent implementations and vendors (notably LW and CLISP) should be added to the /downloads and/or /implementations pages.

I've added LispWorks and CLISP to implementations page

Other missing implementations include CMUCL and Scientific CL (or short SCL)

This is the last remaining "October" milestone issue. What needs to be done to close it?

Well Raymond Toy made a case for GCL to be added to the implementations.

Also, I'm thinking around January we approach LispWorks to see if they're interested in a sponsored link. But I can probably remember that without keeping this issue open.

Regarding GCL or any other implementations, I tend to think we should include them (even with a realistic caveat as to "bursty" nature of their maintenance or whatever it is..) My fear is that not listing them at all will result in a self-fulfilling status of neglect for such implementations.

Also CMUCL - I think it's clear that implementation is still being maintained.

Scieneer I'm not so sure. They haven't had a release in almost 10 years, and the website has been unreachable for about a year. Two or three years ago however, Doug Crosher (the guy behind Scieneer) mentioned that there will be an upcoming release.

LispWorks, CLISP and CMUCL were added earlier, and GCL has now joined the open-source list as well. While doing this we found that the implementations page had been rendering both lists empty since the redesign. That is fixed, and CI now checks that every implementation appears by name. Closing.
