Move 'mustache context' from globals.lisp to content files (content/) 15

Currently the titles of the rendered documents are defined in globals.lisp.

It'd be better to define a "header" section in the content files being rendered, which define the variables in the layout which need to be set to render a full HTML document. E.g.:

title: Common Lisp Generic Title for the FAQ
---

where --- on a single line marks the end of the header.

I think this needs to be solved before we start adding pages such as requested by #18 and #4 because its absense makes adding pages needlessly complex.

How should this work wrt markdown?

As I understand, we want to change all the content/.html files into content/.md files, right?

Then should each .md file have this header? Will that be preserved by the markdown parse?

In general, I don't mind if some of our pages are still in HTML, but the ones I need to update/edit, I'd like to be in Markdown indeed. If it's easier to convert them all to Markdown, then lets do that.

I think this was implemented for HTML files by merging the fewer-globals branch. I'm imagining the Markdown parse to work similarly: just parse a string which represents the .md file's content with the header stripped off.

Implemented in !47 and !49. Closing.
