Add a small testing framework that might be useful. Currently it just tests the site generation.
If we go through the trouble to have comments, it is usually most useful to put them in documentation strings that will be available at runtime.

Thanks for your contributions so far. I'll change the comments to proper docstrings as soon as I can. I'm still figuring out how to structure everything so the comments were more notes to myself, but making them docstrings is probably a better habit anyway.
