Added ability to generate .html file in content/ from a corresponding same-named .lisp file containing lhtml and markdown. Reference example is content/about.html, which has now been replaced with content/about.lisp.

@root Can you try to resolve the conflicts?

It looks like I added :cl-who and somebody else added :cl-yaml to the :depends-on, then there are a few changes in process-pages -- I added a big dolist with a comment before the (generate-news), and they added a couple lines after the (generate-news).
